I hope everything is going well for you.  Thank you so much for your updates on the market in our area.  It really helps us keep in touch with what the housing trend is.  We still have a while before we will look at selling but this gives us a chance to properly prepare for all our options.  Also, I love the magazines and newsletters you send out. They are very informative.
